Terms & Conditions – Stock Market School for US By enrolling, you agree to the following: • All payments are non-refundable. This is a 1 year program. You are agreeing to an enrollment payment and to allowing us to enroll you into a subscription with the same payment you enrolled with. If you need to pay your subscription with a different form of payment you will need to contact us within 15 calendar days after your initial class with your updated payment information. Your enrollment includes your first payment of $297 and recurring monthly subscription payment for 11 months. The month payments are the total minus the initial payment- and the remainer divided by 11. If you decide to pay in full the subscription payment will pause until the remainder of the months in your term are met. Once you reach the end of your one year term, you will auto renew and your monthly subscription will continue. • The subscription begins 20 calendar days after your initial enrollment class and post initial enrollment payment. • Your card will be automatically charged $38.98 per month • All payments are final and non-refundable • Membership access ends immediately upon cancellation • Membership access ends immediately upon cancellation • A 21-day notice is required before stopping future payments • Live classes are not recorded • Access is for the enrolled member only • Misuse of the platform results in termination By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
Payment Default & Reinstatement Policy
If a payment attempt fails or a subscription is canceled before the full membership term is completed, access to all membership content, live sessions, and resources will be suspended immediately. To regain access, the member must either:• Pay the remaining balance for the current membership term in full
OR • Re-enroll under the current membership pricing and terms
Partial payments, missed payments, or canceled subscriptions do not guarantee continued access. Reinstatement is not automatic and is subject to approval.
All payments are non-refundable.
Live classes are scheduled events and require attendance at the designated time.
Missed Classes Policy
Missed classes do not qualify for:
• Refunds
• Credits
• Make-up sessions
• Rescheduling
• Extended access
Enrollment grants access to the scheduled class sessions only. Failure to attend does not alter payment obligations or membership terms. Members are responsible for attending scheduled live sessions. Missed classes are non-refundable and do not qualify for credits, reschedules, or make-up sessions.
Membership Cancellation Policy A minimum of three (3) weeks’ notice is required to cancel before the next billing cycle. Access is removed immediately upon cancellation request. To maintain the quality of our live classes and protect the time and resources invested in each member, the following cancellation policy applies to all subscription-based memberships: • A minimum of three (3) weeks’ notice is required to cancel a membership before the next billing cycle. • Membership access is terminated immediately once a cancellation request is submitted, regardless of billing status. • Members who cancel will not have access to live classes, replays, or member content after the cancellation request is received. • Subscriptions remain active and billable until the end of the current paid period. However, access does not continue once a cancellation is requested. • Cancellation requests submitted after a live class has occurred do not qualify for refunds or extended access. This policy is in place to prevent last-minute cancellations intended to access live classes without ongoing participation. Dispute Resolution & Legal Agreement By completing this purchase, you agree to waive your right to a trial by judge or jury. All disputes, claims, or controversies related to your membership must first be resolved through good-faith mediation, and if not resolved, through binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to sue in court or participate in a jury trial. Any disputes must be handled through mediation, then binding arbitration. Chargebacks and payment disputes are not permitted. You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or lawsuits. Class Attendance Policy Enrollment grants access to scheduled sessions. Missed classes do not qualify for refunds, credits, or make-up sessions. Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) weeks before the next billing cycle. Access is removed immediately upon cancellation request. Requests to cancel must be formally sent to info@ifinancialtaxsolutions.com with the Subject Line- First Name, Last Name Request to cancel. Any billing concerns must be submitted in writing for review to info@ifinancialtaxsolutions.com.
